The OF7 unit is a small, hand-held portable filter ideally sized for cleaning of fluid in mobile applications but can be equally useful for servicing a wide array of industrial equipment. Its compact size makes it well suited for transferring and filtering hydraulic fluids and for flushing of small hydraulic systems. Pump flow rate is 4 GPM and is good for reservoir volumes up to 500 liters. Good for oil viscosity range of 5 to 200 cSt.

 N/A The filter is equipped with a CS1000 contamination sensor making it possible to simultaneously monitor the particle count in the oil while the unit is filtering. The filter is supplied with 3/4 inch JIC inlet and outlet ports.

Main power supply for rental: 120 VAC/1 ph/60 Hz male plug with 1 foot of power cord (extension cord with female receptacle will be required, provided by renter).

The filter unit OF7 is used as a portable service unit for filling hydraulic plants, flushing small hydraulic plants and dedusting in bypass flow.

Optionally, the OF7 can be ordered with the Contamination Sensor CS 1000. This allows the solid particle contamination to be monitored at the same time. The cleanliness results are displayed according to ISO, SAE and NAS classifications.
